Notice Regarding Cats and Stray Animals
The COA requires that no stray animals including cats be fed.

Stray cats, also known as feral cats, live in the wild or on the streets having no owner.  A lot of animal lovers feed stray cats; however, this may present a few risks that you need to be aware of.  Stray cats may transmit rabies to people through saliva and biting.  Stray cats are more exposed to several viruses, bacteria and diseases as they encounter more cats that carry infections than a pet.  Intestinal parasites can be transmitted to humans as well.  Do not feed stray animals.
