This is a reminder on the insurance coverage that the owners need to have for your lodge. In the By-Laws of The Lodges at Roark Creek COA, the water system, HVAC are the owners responsibility even though the units are on the outside of the lodge. When you took out insurance coverage on your lodge that should have been included in the coverage. If you have any doubts, please check with your insurance agent.
The COA carries insurance on Liability for the Common Areas (outside area), Fire (structure only) and Natural Disasters (Excluding Earthquakes)
If you need any repairs on your HVAC we have a sponsor on our website that you could contact.

| Door Painting |

Just an update on the door painting. We have just a few left and then we can focus more on the painting & repairing of the decks, walk-ways, railings of Lodges 1-65.
I would like to thank everyone for their patience with the door painting project. Between Mother Nature,working around the lodges in nightly rentals, and other situations that needed immediate attention,this project became a real challange.
Thanks to Tim Jones, his crew and their abilities to meet the different situations, we are able to maintain the quality for which you all have enjoyed. |

| 4th of July is upon us |

For all of you that will be in Stonebridge over the 4th of July have a great time. We will be adding an extra dumpster on Forest lake drive to help with the trash overflow. Please do not leave trash on the ground near the dumpsters. BeCareful with your fire works and bbq,s.

We now have a drop box located at our office at 54 Notch Shopping Lane Center for your convenience. We are 1 mile west of Silver Dollar City, across from Notch Inn and next door (west) to the round building, Carol Jones Realtors . This is just in case you are in town and need to drop keys off for any repairs or any other information . It is locked and secured.
