The Lodges at Roark Creek Condominium Association was incorporated in 2004. The Board of Directors are elected by the Owners and the Board follows the Covenants and By-Laws of the Association. The Board of Directors serves in the best interest of the owners.
The Association is responsible to maintain the common areas and the exterior of the buildings. Insurance is carried on all the buildings in the COA. Owners are responsible to carry HO6 insurance for the interior of their lodge and Loss Assessment coverage.
