The Lodges at Roark Creek COA
Board Members

Kim Mastalio and his wife Donna own Lodge 1. Kim worked in the engineering and construction industry for 39 years as a professional consulting engineer and an executive manager prior to his retirement. Kim was elected at the 2010 Annual Meeting as Secretary.  He was elected again in 2011 and 2012.  In March 2013 he was selected by the Executive Board to be President. Their lodge has been on the Stonebridge  nightly rental program and he is familiar with the challenges with nightly rentals.  He currently manages his own lodge rentals using an internet website.  His permanent residence is Overland Park, KS.

Ted Westmeyer and his wife Elaine own lodge 37. Both Ted and Elaine are employed with the Bass Pro Company at their Springfield Corp Headquarters. The Initial Executive Committee elected Ted as the COA Treasurer.  Like many of the lodge owners, Ted and Elaine’s lodge is in the rental program so they are keenly aware of the problems associated with the rental program. Their permanent residence is in Springfield, Missouri.

Richard Kelly and his wife Inge owned and lived in Lodge 24. Richard spearheaded the takeover of the association by his many meetings and discussions with Steven Redford. He is a pilot with a commercial airline. Richard was elected President of the COA and manger by the Initial Executive Committee.  He has stepped down as President and has been asked by Executive Board to be Manager of the COA (Cell 951-334-8162) (lodgesatroarkcreekcoa@yahoo.com). Richard will be overseeing the day to day operations of the COA.
