The Lodges at Roark Creek COA is responsible for the management and exterior maintenance on Lodges 1 Thru 105. We are not responsible for maintaining the heat and air conditioning units nor the hot water heaters.
The COA is now being managed by the Lodge owners and MPI has no connection to any functions regarding the COA.
The COA is managed by a board of directors elected by the owners as outlined in the COA bylaws. Any owner that want to run for a board position will have an opportunity to serve if elected by a election held in the Spring of 2009.
COA dues are collected by the board of director and spent on insurance, lodges maintenance, and improvements to the common areas. The Board of directors are trying to protect Lodges owners investments.
Information is the most important part of the managers job. This web site will allow for Lodge owners to see and hear on a real time basis what is going on with their money and what improvements are being implemented to insure that their investments are being protected.
